摘 要:随着定向刨花板市场日益扩大,大刨花需求与日俱增。为了使木片长度最大化,从鼓式削片机切削机构的结构上对飞刀数量与切削木片长度间的关系进行了分析,提出了单飞刀刀辊结构设计方案。通过对单飞刀刀辊进行切片处理,分析每个微元的质量分布,结果表明单飞刀刀辊质量分布均匀,确认单飞刀刀辊动平衡类型。通过对单飞刀刀辊三维模型动平衡分析,模拟计算出单飞刀刀辊的不平衡量,并依据刚性转子双面校正方法,采用焊接配重法进行了校正,运动仿真分析结果表明,两轴端所受反作用力较配重前有很大改善。根据GB/T 9239.1-2006进行计算,结果验证了刀辊能够满足动平衡条件,设计方案有效可行。研究结果可为单飞刀刀辊鼓式削片机的研制提供理论依据。The market of oriented particleboard is expanding day by day.Similarly,the demand for large particleboard is increasing.In order to maximize the length of wood chips,this paper analyzes the relationship between the number of flying knives and the length of wood chips from the structure of the cutting mechanism of the drum chipper,and puts forward the structural design scheme of the one-fly-cutter roller.By slicing the one-fly-cutter roller,the mass distribution of each micro element is analyzed.The results show that the mass distribution of the one-fly-cutter roller is uniform,and the dynamic unbalance type of the one-fly-cutter roller is confirmed..Through the dynamic balance analysis of the 3D model of the one-fly-cutter roller.According to the double-sided correction method of the rigid rotor,the welding counterweight method is used to correct the unbalance.The results of dynamic simulation analysis show that the reaction force on the two shaft ends has greatly improved compared to before the counterweight.The calculation results of GB/T 9239.1-2006 also verify that the cutter roller can meet the dynamic balance conditions,and the design scheme is effective and feasible.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the development of drum chipper with one-fly-cutter roller.
