摘 要:木工下料机作为一种加工木质板材的加工机床,在棒铣刀对板材进行下料操作过程中,铣削速度的选择极为关键,当超出一定范围的铣削速度时,崩刃、断刃的现象非常突出,低于规定范围的铣削速度存在铣刀快速磨损等情况的发生,降低铣刀的耐用度。为了合理的运用铣刀,避免不良情况的发生,对棒铣刀的运动力学特性进行分析研究。采用动力学仿真软件Adams对下料机棒铣刀在不同铣削数值条件下进行运动仿真分析,根据实验要求选择合适棒铣刀的各类参数建立几何模型,生成每个方向的切削分力的变化图象,确定主要切削分力的方向来源,探寻影响切削力的两大主要因素:铣刀转速、每齿进给量的改变是否对棒铣刀铣削切入工件过程中有影响;利用ANSYS软件对棒铣刀进行静力学分析,生成当量应力随铣刀转速与每齿进给量的变化图象,为节约生产成本、达到棒铣刀最佳工作状态、提高工作效率提供理论参考。When the milling speed exceeds a certain range,the phenomenon of chipping and breaking is very prominent,and the milling speed below the specified rangehas the occurrence of rapid wear of the cutter,which reduces the durability of the cutter.In order to use the milling cutter reasonably and avoid the bad situation,the mechanical characteristics of the rod milling cutter are analyzed and studied.In this paper,we use the dynamics simulation software Adams to simulate the motion of the downcomer bar milling cutter under different milling conditions,select the appropriate parameters of the bar milling cutter to establish the geometric model according to the experimental requirements,generate the change image of the cutting force in each direction,determine the directional source of the main cutting force,and explore the two main factors affecting the cutting force:the speed of the milling cutter,whether the change of the feed per tooth affects the cutting force of the bar milling cutter.The ANSYS software was used to analyze the static mechanics of the bar milling tool and generate the equivalent stresses with the milling tool speed and feed per tooth to provide theoretical reference for cost saving,optimal working condition of the bar milling tool and efficiency improvement.
