摘　　要：本研究根据文献综述和问卷调查,参考“全国教育满意度测评研究”满意度模型和“中等职业教育学生满意度指数模型”,构建并检验了非全日制研究生教育满意度模型。结果显示:教育期望对质量感知、公平感知和学生满意度具有显著的正向不均影响;公平感知对质量感知和学生满意度具有较大的影响,且中介效应显著。根据研究结论,对提高非全日制研究生教育质量提出建议。Based on the literature review, theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper constructs and tests the student satisfaction model of part-time postgraduate education by referring to the satisfaction model of “national education satisfaction evaluation research” and “secondary vocational education student satisfaction index model”. The results show that: educational expectation has a significant positive uneven impact on quality perception, fairness perception and student satisfaction;fairness perception has a greater impact on quality perception and student satisfaction, and the mediating effect is significant. According to the conclusion of the study, suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of part-time postgraduate education.
