摘 要:目的探讨CBL联合TSP教学模式在泌尿外科急诊疾病住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用。方法选取50名于我科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员作为研究对象,随机分为两组(每组25名),对照组采用CBL教学法,实验组采用CBL联合TSP教学模式进行教学。通过考核评估教学效果,并采用调查问卷形式评估学生及教师对不同教学方法满意度。结果实验组学员在理论考核、临床技能考核分数、综合能力考核及学生、教师满意度方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论CBL联合TSP教学模式能够提高住院医师规范化培训中泌尿外科急诊相关疾病的教学效果,对于临床工作有实际意义。Objective To explore the application of case-based learning(CBL)combined with teachers standard⁃ized patient(TSP)teaching mode in emergency diseases of urology for standardization training of residents.Methods 50 students who participated in standardized training in urology of Affiliated Taizhou People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(25 students in each group).CBL teaching method was used in the control group,and CBL combined with TSP teaching mode was used in the ex⁃perimental group.The teaching effect is evaluated by theory and operation examination.The satisfaction of stu⁃dents and teachers with different teaching modes is evaluated by questionnaires.Results The scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of theoretical,clinical skills and comprehensive ability assessment as well as the satisfaction of students and teachers(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with TSP teaching mode can improve the teaching effects of urological emergency diseases in the stan⁃dardized training of residents,which has practical significance for clinical work.
