摘　　要：读后续写是将阅读和写作结合在一起,考查学生阅读理解能力以及运用丰富的语言进行再创造的能力。基于课本资源在提高学生英语读后续写能力方面的优势,教师要充分利用课本资源,加强指导和培养学生掌握读后续写的方法,全面提高写作能力。English continuation task is a combination of reading and writing,which tests students’reading comprehension and their ability to recreate with rich language.Based on the advantages of textbooks in improving students’competencies of English continuation task,teachers should make full use of textbooks to guide and cultivate students to master the methods of English continuation task and improve their writing abilities comprehensively.
