摘 要:社会阶层的合理流动直接关系到社会的稳定和谐发展,而高等教育对促进社会阶层流动,提升个体社会阶层发挥着不可替代的作用。为促进社会阶层合理流动,通过对不同社会阶层个体进行深入访谈,基于功能主义理论探究高等教育对社会阶层流动的影响途径。研究发现,影响社会阶层流动的因素有制度因素、教育因素和社会变迁三种,且这三种因素之间存在相互影响;高等教育提升个体社会阶层向上流动的作用主要通过获得文凭、改变认知、积累资源、提高能力等途径来实现,这也给当前高等教育发展提供启示。The rational mobility of social strata is directly related to the stable and harmonious development of the society,and higher education plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the mobility of social strata and promoting individual social strata.In order to promote the reasonable mobility of social classes,this paper explores the influence of higher education on the mobility of social classes from the perspective of educational sociology through in-depth interviews with individuals of different social classes.It is found that there are three factors that influence the mobility of social strata,which are institutional factors,educational factors and social changes,and these three factors influence each other,and the promotion effect of higher education on the upward mobility of individual social strata is mainly realized through obtaining diploma,changing cognition,accumulating resources and improving ability.This also provides inspiration for the current development of higher education.
