民俗艺术视角下的嘉兴婚育礼俗图像研究

摘　　要：在分析生命思维与信崇生成的基础上,阐释了婚育图像的意象构成系统:人物系统、动物系统和植物系统,以嘉兴婚育图像作为研究的切入点,对婚育图像进行由表及里的民俗内涵剖析。嘉兴婚育礼俗图像是一个动态演变的系统,且具有自身独特的性别文化、表述途径与传播场域,其子系统如建筑装饰、生活起居、日用木器、女工用具、文房物件等,几乎囊括了婚后新人生活所用器物的方方面面,给予人们在生命礼俗中以精神慰藉,祈愿在婚育和生活中趋利避害。其总基调表现为阴柔宽厚、儒雅精致,呈现“精、细、雅、洁”的艺术特色;题材包含瑞兽、鸟禽、虫草、花卉、水族、树木、食物、人物、风景与文字、纹样、器物等;图像形式有立体、平面、浮雕等;图像组织形式以连续纹样、适形纹样与单独纹样为主。工艺手法涉及木工、金工、漆工、雕工、窑工、女工等多个工种,可言蔚为壮观。Based on analyzing the generation of life thinking and related beliefs,the composition systems of marriageand childbirth images——human system,animal system and plant system——are explained.The research starts with Jiaxing marriage and childbirth images and tries to penetrate the appearance to grasp their connotations.It is found that the images of Jiaxing wedding and childbirth customs are a dynamic evolving system with its own unique gen⁃der culture,expression methods and communication fields.Its sub-systems such as architectural decoration,lifestyle,woodenware,needlework equipment and articles in a study,cover all aspects of utensils used by the newlyweds,provi⁃ding people with spiritual comfort through etiquette and customs and expressing their wish to draw on advantages and a⁃void disadvantages in marriage,childbirth and life.The general tone is gentle,generous,elegant and delicate,showing the artistic characteristics of“refinement,delicacy,elegance and purity”;the themes include auspicious beasts,birds,insects and grass,flowers,aquatic animals,trees,food,human figures,scenery as well as words,patterns,u⁃tensils,etc;the image forms are three-dimensional,plane,embossed,etc.;the image organization forms are mainly continuation pattern,conformal pattern and single pattern.The techniques involve woodworking,metalworking,lacquer work,carving,kilning,needlework and so on,which is substantial.
