摘 要:为探究动态变化的纵向力对管片结构受力变形性能的影响,以济南黄河隧道工程为背景,采用有限元分析软件,建立错缝拼装弧形管片局部结构数值模型,定义管片结构弯矩与位移分配能力指标,研究管片结构弯矩与位移分配能力变化规律,以明确管片结构环间变形机理。结果表明:(1)当环缝未发生错台时,纵向力对管片结构影响较小;当环缝出现错台与张开现象,纵向力的增加增强了管片结构弯矩与位移分配能力。(2)环间作用首先为摩擦力,随竖向荷载增加,凹凸榫构造发生接触,环间作用其次为凹凸榫作用。(3)凹凸榫构造接触后,管片结构弯矩与位移分配能力随凹凸榫构造接触面积减小而减弱,管片结构弯矩与位移分配能力最终会趋于定值。由于弯矩与位移的重分配,管片结构会出现局部应力集中现象,设计时需予以加强。In order to explore the influence of dynamic longitudinal force on the mechanical properties of segment structure in shield tunnel,this paper,taking Jinan Yellow River tunnel project as the background,adopts the finite element analysis software,establishes the numerical model of staggered assembled arc segment local structure,and defines the index of segment structure bending moment and displacement allocation capacity.The variation of bending moment and displacement distribution capacity of segment structure is studied,and the deformation mechanism of segment structure between rings is proved.The results show that:(1)the longitudinal force has little influence on segment structure when there is no table dislocation,but when the table dislocation and opening occur,the increase of longitudinal force enhances the moment and displacement distribution ability of segment structure.(2)The interring interaction is friction at first.With the increase of vertical load,the concave and convex tenon structure contact,and the interring interaction is concave and convex tenon.(3)After the concave and convex tenon structure contact,the bending moment and displacement distribution capacity of segment structure decrease with the decrease of contact area of concave and convex mortise.The bending moment and displacement distribution capacity of segment structure will eventually tend to a constant value.Due to the redistribution of bending moment and displacement,there will be local stress concentration in segment structure,which needs to be strengthened in design.
