摘 要:为缓解交通噪声污染,研究限速方案对交通噪声的影响。考虑道路限速策略下的阻抗函数,建立基于道路限速的随机用户均衡模型并实现路网交通分配,对规划路网在不同限速策略下的噪声控制规律进行研究。案例结果表明:道路限速控制对象应选取噪声影响道路;道路限速策略控制噪声的主要因素在于降低影响道路上出行车辆的出行速度,控制区域噪声值与路网总出行时间呈线性关系,道路限速80%的情况下,控制区域噪声和路网总出行时间分别降低2.94 dB和增加0.66%;路网总噪声排放存在两种不同变化趋势,且与道路等级,绕行系数相关。研究可为从道路规划角度实现交通噪声控制提供有效参考。To mitigate pollution of traffic noise,the study investigates the influence of speed limit approach on traffic noise.A stochastic user equilibrium model based on road speed limiting strategy was developed to realize road network traffic allocation considering the impedance function of road speed limiting strategy.The noise control law of planned road network under different speed limiting strategy was studied.The results of the case show that the control object should choose the noise-related road.The main factor of the road speed limit strategy to control noise is to reduce the travel speed of vehicles.The noise value in the control area has a linear relationship with the total travel time of road network.The noise in the control area and the total travel time of road network are reduced by 2.94 dB and increased by 0.66%at the speed limit of 80%design speed,respectively.The total noise emission of road network has two different trends,which are related to road grade and detour coefficient.The research can provide effective reference for realizing traffic noise control from the perspective of road planning.
