摘  要:培养高素质创新性人才,是当前高校肩负的历史使命和时代重任,大学生创新能力培养已经成为高等教育教学改革的重点方向,越来越多的高校在给与科研充分重视的同时,开始在教学中逐渐渗透科研实践,通过科研反哺教学。文章分析了医学院校在培养学生创新能力方面面临的一些问题,通过改革课堂教学模式、科研渗透教学实践、引入多元化评价机制等方式,引导学生积极投身科研,开发学生的创造性思维,培养富有创新意识、创新精神,为医药卫生事业服务的应用型人才。It is a historical mission and an important task of the times for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.The cultivation of college students’innovative ability has become the key direction of higher education teaching reform.More and more colleges and universities,while giving full attention to scientific research,begin to gradually infiltrate scientific research practice in teaching,and feed back teaching through scientific research.This paper analyzes some problems faced by medical colleges and universities in cultivating students’innovation ability.Through reforming classroom teaching mode,infiltrating scientific research in teaching practice,introducing diversified evaluation mechanism and other ways,the students are guided to actively engage in scientific research and creative thinking,to cultivate application-oriented talents with innovative consciousness and spirit to serve the medical and health undertakings.
