摘  要:目的探讨沉浸式情景模拟教学法在新生儿科复苏技能培训中的应用效果.方法将2019年6月-8月在笔者所在医院进修的56名新生儿专科护士设为对照组,将2019年9月-12月在医院进修的42名新生儿专科护士设为试验组.对照组采用传统教学方式,试验组在传统理论知识培训的基础上采用沉浸式模拟教学法进行操作技能培训.比较2组理论知识、操作技能及培训满意度.结果培训后,试验组理论知识及操作技能得分均高于对照组(t=3.268,P=0.002;t=7.906,P<0.001),学员对教学方法的满意度高于对照组(t=3.407,P=0.001).结论将沉浸式情景模拟教学法应用于新生科复苏技能培训中,可以有效提高学员的复苏理论知识水平与操作技能,学员对培训的满意度高,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of applying immersion scenario simulation in neonatal resuscitation training of specialist nurses.Methods Fifty-six neonatal specialized nurses receiving further training in our hospital between June and August 2019 were selected into a control group,while another 42 trained in the following 3 months were chosen into an experimental group.Both groups were trained traditionally,while the experimental group was additionally provided with immersive scenario simulation teaching.The differences in knowledge,skills and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skill of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(t=3.268,P=0.002;t=7.906,P<0.001),students'satisfaction with teaching methods was higher than that of the control group(t=3.407,P=0.001).Conclusion The immersion scenario simulation resuscitation training can effectively improve their resuscitation knowledge and operation skill level,and has a positive effect on promoting the development of neonatal resuscitation teaching.
