摘 要:在“岗课赛证”综合育人背景下,文章梳理了“岗课赛证”综合育人的内涵和优势,剖析了中职机械制造专业“数字化应用能力”课程建设中存在的问题,充分调研当地企业并分析数字化应用岗位所需的职业能力。研究提出了“岗课赛证”融通系统设计“数字化应用能力”课程的策略,剖析了学生技能大赛竞赛要求、1+X证书考核需求与岗位职业能力标准的有效连接,并从“数字化应用能力”课程建设、数字化应用能力提升教育实践平台两方面探索了中职机械制造专业“数字化应用能力”课程的建设途径,以满足中职类型教育背景下培养复合型技能人才的需求。Under the background of comprehensive education of"Posts,Courses,Competitions,Certificates",this paper sorts out the connotation and advantages of it.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the course construction of"digital application capability"of mechanical manufacturing specialty in secondary vocational schools,fully researches the local enterprises and analyzes the vocational capability of digital application positions.In the paper,it puts forward the strategy of the integrated system of"Posts,Courses,Competitions,Certificates"to design the"digital application capability"course,and analyzes the effective connection between the requirements of students'skills competition,the examination requirements of 1+X certificate and the onthe-job vocational capability standards.And also through the platforms of the"digital application capability"course construction and digital application capability promotion education practice,this paper explores the way to construct the course of"digital application capability"of mechanical manufacturing specialty in secondary vocational schools to meet the needs of training compound skill talents under the background of secondary vocational education.
