摘  要:公安院校“宪法学”课程思政是在宪法课中有效融入思想政治教育的理念,是构建“三全”育人格局背景下发挥宪法课与思想政治理论课协同效应的具体实践,是立德树人教育根本任务和培养合格“公安专门人才”的教学目标在宪法课程中的具体落实。基于培养“对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明”的预备警官的目标,公安院校“宪法学”课程思政建设应当立足宪法学科内容,实现价值引领;改革宪法学教学方式,立体塑造“宪法学”课程思政;立足公安院校特色,促进警察素质养成。The“constitutional law”curricular Ideological and political education in public security colleges is an effective integration of the concept of ideological and political education into the constitutional course,a practice of the combination of ideological and political education with constitutional law,a specific practice of giving play to the synergistic effect of the constitutional course and the ideological and political theory course under the background of building a“three integrity”education pattern,and a specific implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and the teaching goal of cultivating qualified“police professionals”in the constitutional course.Based on the goal of cultivating reserve police officers who are“loyal to the Party,serve the people,enforce the law impartially,and have strict discipline”,the ideological construction of the“constitutional law”course in public security colleges should be based on the content of the constitutional discipline to achieve value guidance;Reform the teaching methods of constitutional law,and shape the ideological and political thinking of the“constitutional law”curriculum;Based on the characteristics of public security colleges,promote the cultivation of police quality.
