基于职业教育适应性的鲁班工坊高质量发展路径探究

摘　　要：鲁班工坊作为国际知名职教品牌、中外人文交流平台,影响日渐扩大,成果日益丰硕。在深入分析研究影响鲁班工坊高质量发展的内部、外部制约因素基础上,以突显自身特色、突出比较优势,实现差异化发展、协同创新发展为理念,从优化运行机制、建构新校际合作模式、扩大国际化校企合作、持续丰富鲁班工坊内涵四个方面提出鲁班工坊高质量发展的对策和实施路径。As an internationally renowned vocational education brand and a platform for cultural exchanges between China and for⁃eign countries,Luban Workshop has increasingly expanded its influence and achieved fruitful results.On the basis of in-depth anal⁃ysis and study of the internal and external constraints that affect the high-quality development of Luban Workshop,with the con⁃cepts of highlighting its own characteristics,highlighting its comparative advantages,achieving differentiated development,and col⁃laborative innovative development,this paper puts forward countermeasures and paths for high-quality development of Luban Workshop from four aspects:optimizing the operating mechanism,constructing a new inter-school cooperation model,expanding international school-enterprise cooperation,and continuously enriching the connotation of Luban Workshop.
