摘　　要：目的 探讨配戴隐形矫治器和固定矫治器的患者唾液中变形链球菌和乳杆菌的水平及其他唾液指标,为该类患者的治疗提供参考。方法 本研究共纳入80名患者并分为两组,其中隐形矫治器组患者[n=40,(20.4±1.7)岁]采用隐形矫治器治疗,固定矫治器组患者[n=40,(21.3±1.7)岁]采用固定矫治器治疗。正畸治疗开始前(t0)、正畸治疗第3个月(t1)和正畸治疗第6个月(t2)分别评估牙菌斑指数、唾液缓冲能力、唾液流量以及唾液中变形链球菌和乳杆菌的水平。结果 隐形矫治器组患者的菌斑指数随着时间的推移始终维持在0级,而固定矫治器组患者的菌斑指数随着时间的推移呈显著上升趋势。此外,在t2时,37.5%的固定矫治器组患者出现变形链球菌水平的增加及乳杆菌水平的增加(均P<0.05)。结论 与固定矫治器组相比,隐形矫治器治疗的受试者在治疗6个月后唾液微生物数量较低。不同矫治器类型治疗时必须采用不同的菌斑及微生物控制方式。Objective To explore the contents of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus and other salivary indexes in the saliva of patients wearing invisible vs fixed orthotics,providing a reference for the treatment.Methods A total of 80 subjects were included and randomly divided into invisible appliance group[n=40,(20.4±1.7)year]and fixed appliance group[n=40,(21.3±1.7)years].Plaque index(PI),salivary bufferability,salivary flow,and levels of salivary Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus were assessed before orthodontic treatment(to),at 3 months(tl),and at 6 months(t2),respectively.Results The plaque index of patients with invisible appliance maintained at grade O over time,while that of patients with fixed appliance increased significantly over time.In addition,at t2,37.5%of patients in the fixed appliance group had increased levels of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the fixed appliance group,the subjects treated with invisible appliance had lower salivary microbial content after 6 months of treatment.Different plaque and microbial control methods must be used for different appliance types.
