摘  要:针对液气电控制技术课程理论教学中存在的知识体系复杂、理论分析抽象、时间规范严格、实训设备不足等问题,利用Unity 3D技术,提出了虚拟仿真实验项目的设计思路,设计并开发了一个支持远程在线实操演练、学生自主实验和系统自行评测的实验教学系统,系统分为液压传动、气压传动、机-电-气(液) 3个模块。以机械手搬运机构的安装与调试和PLC控制线路的安装与调试为典型案例,详细介绍了系统的示范教学、自主练习、考试测评3种学习模式。其中,示范教学将抽象理论形象化,自主练习将专业技能规范化,考试测评则将职业能力标准化。实践证明,该系统有助于打造岗课赛证融通式理虚实课堂,巩固立德树人的育人成效,提升学生的专业素养和创新能力,推进教育信息化改革创新的进程。In view of the problems existing in the teaching of hydraulic and pneumatic and electrical control technology course theory,such as complex knowledge system,abstract theoretical analysis,strict time specification,and insufficient training equipment and so on,using Unity 3D technology,the design idea of virtual simulation experiment project is proposed,and an experimental teaching system is designed and developed to support remote online practical exercise,student independent experiment and system self-evaluation.The system is divided into three modules:hydraulic transmission,pneumatic transmission,mechanical-electrical-pneumatic(hydraulic).Taking the installation and debugging of the manipulator handling mechanism and the PLC control circuit as typical cases,the three learning modes of the system including demonstration teaching,independent practice and examination and evaluation are introduced in detail.Among them,demonstration teaching visualizes abstract theories,independent practice normalizes professional skills,and examination and evaluation standardizes professional abilities.The practice has proved that the system is helpful to create a theory-virtual-actual classroom that integrates job,course,competition and certificate,consolidate the effectiveness of moral education,improve students'professional quality and innovation ability,and promote the process of educational informatization reform and innovation.
