摘  要:基于认知心理学理论及食物教育内涵,综合分析当前儿童食育现状,为食育体验设计提供新思路。结合心智模式,挖掘儿童食育需求,通过文献研究明确认知心理学应用于食育体验设计的意义,分析学龄儿童群体在认知、行为和情感三个层面的食育体验需求,构建儿童食育体验设计模型。总结认知心理学视角下儿童食育体验的设计策略,为食育学习者、食育教师、食育设计师提供了设计思考与理论依据。Based on the theory of cognitive psychology and the connotation of food education,we comprehensively analyze the current situation of children's food education and provide new ideas for the design of food education experience.Combined with the mental model,the needs of children's food education were explored,the significance of cognitive psychology applied to food education experience design was clarified through literature research,and the food education experience needs of school-age children at three levels of cognition,behavior and emotion were analyzed.Build a design model for children's food education experience.Summarize design strategies for children's food experiences from a cognitive psychology perspective.To provide design thinking and theoretical basis for food education learners,food education teachers and food education designers.
