摘  要:中国共产党在建党百年历程中,始终重视外语教育的战略价值,积极开展外语教育规划。中国共产党领导的延安时期外语教育历时虽短,但教育成就极为显著,并呈现出以下特征:多元规划主体对外语教育的目的、语种及教学实践进行全面科学的规划,注重外语教育规划对象的思想政治水平与文化素质,在实践中根据实际情况创造条件以保障教学效果,通过权威规范的方式创设外语学习的社会语言情境,使外语教育规划效果短期内得以显现,并形成了“政治+专业+外语”的新型复合型人才培养模式。中国共产党延安时期的外语教育规划蕴含着深厚的政治远见与教育智慧,对今天的外语教育规划仍有启示意义。The CPC has always been attaching importance to the strategic value of foreign language education in the course of 100 years of development.Although the foreign language education in Yan’an period had only continued for a few years,the achievements were extremely remarkable,and had the following characteristics:the multiplex planners mapped out a comprehensive and scientific program for the purposes,languages and teaching practices of foreign language education.The ideological,political and cultural qualities of the foreign language education planning objects were emphasized,and in practice,the teaching conditions were improved based on reality so as to guarantee the teaching effects.What’s more,the contexts were created by the means of authoritative regulations.Consequently,the effects had been manifested in a brief period,and a new interdisciplinary talent cultivating model had been formulated.The CPC’s foreign language education planning contains profound political foresight and educational wisdom,which still has implications for foreign language education planning today.
