“互联网+”背景下高职院校社会服务能力提升路径探析——以柳州开放大学为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,“互联网+”作为建设高职院校的重要手段,正在改变教育格局。然而,目前我国高职院校的社会服务质量受到内容、机制与人才队伍建设等多方面因素的制约,仍然存在较为显著的问题,需要持续探索“互联网+高职院校”的创新开放发展模式。文章基于数字经济的发展和“互联网+”的运用,探寻高职院校社会服务发展的机理,在高职院校社会服务的内容发展、机制建立、教学改革、业务平台拓展、人才保障等方面提出探索路径。With the development of social economy,internet plus,as an important means of building higher vocational colleges,is changing the educational pattern.However,at present,the quality of social services of higher vocational colleges in China is restricted by many factors,such as content,mechanism and talent team construction,and there are still significant problems.It is necessary to continue to explore the innovative and open development model of"Internet plus higher vocational colleges".Based on the development of digital economy and the application of internet plus,this paper explores the mechanism of social service development in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward exploration paths in terms of content development,mechanism establishment,teaching reform,business platform expansion,and talent security of social services in higher vocational colleges.
