摘 要:城市盾构施工不可避免的会穿越建筑物。现依托南昌轨道交通4号线桃苑路站-绳金塔站区间盾构上软下硬地层近距离下穿建筑物项目,采用plaxis 3d软件分析隧道盾构施工顺序对建筑物以及地表沉降的影响,分析不同施工顺序、不同盾构速度、掌子面压力值及盾构隧道开挖面离建筑物距离对建筑物桩基沉降影响。结果表明:先施工右线再施工左线相比其他施工顺序对建筑物桩基沉降影响最小,模拟结果与实际监测结果较符合;盾构速度越快,土的固结时间越少,对建筑物的影响越小;掌子面压力越大,对土体的扰动越大,对建筑物的影响越大;隧道开挖面离建筑物距离越远,对建筑物的影响越小;当开挖面距离建筑物桩端垂直距离超过7m时,隧道离桩基水平距离对地表沉降的影响就很小。结论对于南昌地区地铁盾构施工具有一定的指导意义。It is inevitable to cross buildings in the process of urban shield construction.Now,relying on the soft ground above and hard ground below the shield between Taoyuan Road Station and Shengjin tower station section of Nanchang rail transit line 4 project,the software PLAXIS 3D was used to analyze the influence of the construction sequence of the tunnel shield on the buildings and the ground settlement.At the same time,the influence of different construction sequence,different shield speed,tunnel face pressure and the distance between the shield tunnel excavation face and the building pile foundation on the settlement of the building pile foundation was analyzed.The results showed that the construction of the right line first and then the left line has the least impact on the building compared with other construction sequences;The simulation results of the optimal scheme were completely consistent with the actual monitoring results;The faster the shield speed was,the less the consolidation time of soil was,and the smaller the impact on buildings was;The greater the tunnel face pressure,the greater the disturbance to the soil and the greater the impact on the building;When the shield tunnel excavation face was farther away from the building,the impact on the building was smaller.When the excavation face was more than 7m away from the vertical distance of the building pile end,the impact of the horizontal distance between the tunnel and the pile foundation on the surface settlement was very small.The conclusion had certain guiding significance for the subway shield construction in Nanchang area.
