摘 要:为了揭示城市道路交通动荷载作用对城市浅埋盾构隧道的影响规律,以厦门地铁1号线工程为依托,采取数值模拟分析,在建立城市道路交通动荷载模型的基础上进行了盾构隧道动力响应研究。研究结果表明:考虑动荷载效应后,盾构隧道上方路面沉降和管片变形均有所增大,在隧道上方进行注浆加固可以有效减轻交通动荷载对管片结构动力响应的影响,采取全断面注浆加固措施后,管片最大变形量降低了51.4%;围岩振动速度的波动幅值随着埋深的增大而逐渐减小,盾构隧道上方的覆盖层可以对动荷载起到一定的缓冲作用,因此拱顶处围岩的振动速度波动幅值仅为地表处的15.3%;管片不同部位受动荷载影响差异较大,振动速度的总体变化趋势为自管片环顶向环底逐渐减小。该研究成果可为类似盾构隧道工程的设计和施工方案优化提供参考。In order to reveal the influence of traffic dynamic load on urban shallow shield tunnels,the Xiamen Metro Line 1 project was taken as an example.Based on establishing urban road traffic dynamic load models,the numerical simulation analysis was carried out to study the dynamic response.The research results show that both the settlement of the road surface and the segment deformation above the shield tunnel increase after considering the dynamic load effect.The grouting reinforcement above the tunnel can effectively reduce the impact of the traffic dynamic load on the segment structure.After cross-section grouting reinforcement measures,the maximum deformation of segment reduced by 51.4%;The fluctuation amplitude of the vibration velocity of the surrounding rock gradually attenuates with the increase of the buried depth.The upper layer of the shield tunnel plays a certain role in buffering the dynamic load,and the vibration velocity fluctuation amplitude of the surrounding rock at the vault is only 15.3%of that on the surface;The differences of influences by dynamic load is great at different parts of the shield segment.The general changing trend of vibration velocity is gradually attenuating from the top to the bottom of the segment ring.The research results can provide reference for the design and construction scheme optimization of similar shield tunneling projects.
