摘  要:知行转化是高职院校德育工作必须面对的现实问题,是新时代加强德育工作的必然路径。知行脱节、知行分离作为当前高职德育的痛点,制约着立德树人根本任务的实现。从心理学的理论视角来分析当前高职院校常见的德育模式,可以发现传统的条件反应模式、知性教育模式、行为塑造模式、情感教育模式、意志灌输模式各有其不足之处。高职院校宜统筹兼顾需要、情感、意志、能力等各种心理因素的作用,在充分尊重并善于运用道德教育主体的主体精神、内在动力和创造精神的基础上,从需要迭代、认知融合、积极情感驱动、自律调节、智慧实践五个方面构建知行统一的德育工作框架,通过实践创新逐步改善高职学生知行转化效能,切实增强高职德育工作的现实变革力。The transformation from knowledge to action is a practical problem that higher vocational moral education must face and an inevitable way to strengthen moral education in the new era.The disjunction and separation of knowledge and practice are the sore points of current higher vocational moral education,which restrict the realization of the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating people.Analyzing the common moral education modes in higher vocational colleges from a theoretical perspective of psychology,we can find that the traditional modes of conditioned response,intellectual education,behavior shaping,emotional education and volitional indoctrination have their own shortcomings.Higher vocational colleges should take into account various psychological factors such as needs,emotions,will and abilities.On the basis of fully respecting and stimulating the spirit,internal motivation and creativity of the subjects in moral education,higher vocational colleges can build a moral education framework that integrates knowledge and action from five aspects:the iteration of needs,the integration of cognition,positive emotional drive,self-discipline regulation and intelligent practice.Through innovation in practice,the efficiency of transformation from knowledge to action among vocational college students can be gradually improved,and the practical transformative capability of higher vocational moral education is strengthened.
