摘 要:用氟硅橡胶材料制备惯性导航用减振器,利用DMTA对氟硅橡胶材料的动态特性进行分析。结果表明:氟硅橡胶材料的高温阻尼性能较好,100℃下的损耗因子可以达到0.3。为研究温度和振动量级对氟硅橡胶减振器性能的影响,在不同温度(-55~85℃)和不同振动量级(0.02~0.12 g^(2)/Hz)下进行振动试验。结果表明:氟硅橡胶减振器在常温和高温下的减振效果均较好;氟硅橡胶减振器谐振频率和谐振点放大倍数随温度的升高而降低;随振动量级的升高而降低。ct Fluoro⁃silicone rubber material was used to prepare rubber vibration absorber for aviation inertial navigation.DMTA was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of fluoro⁃silicone rubber.The results show that the fluoro⁃silicone rubber has good damping performance at high temperature,and the loss factor of 100℃is about 0.3.In order to study the effects of temperature and vibration magnitude on the performance of fluoro silicone rubber vibration absorber,vibration tests were carried out at different temperatures(-55⁃85℃)and different vibration magnitude(0.02⁃0.12 g^(2)/Hz).The results show that the fluoro⁃silicone rubber damper has good damping effect at room temperature and high temperature,the resonant frequency of the shock absorber and the amplification of the resonant point decrease with the increase of the temperature and decrease with the increase of vibration magnitude.
