摘 要:“十四五”时期,教育信息化进入新发展阶段,要求区域数字教育公共服务体系建设要贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、营造新发展环境。该研究从背景概述、数字教育公共服务体系构建、工作进展与成效、工作问题与反思、未来规划与展望等五个维度,系统阐释了聊城市在区域数字教育公共服务体系建设中的探索与实践:基于区域实际,以“应用为王、服务至上、示范引领、安全运行”为指导原则,强化顶层设计与规划,明确工作目标与定位,创新工作机制与方法,探索区域视野下整体推进数字教育公共服务体系建设的创新实践之路;借助信息技术赋能,提升教育教学环境、优化教育资源供给、加快教学模式变革,构建绿色、开放、互联、共享的教育生态体系,加快推进区域教育高质量均衡发展。During the 14th Five Year Plan,education informatization has entered into a new stage of development,requiring the construction of regional digital education public service systems to implement new development concepts,construct new development patterns,and create a new development environment.This study systematically explains the exploration and practice of Liaocheng City in the construction of regional digital education public service system from five dimensions:background overview,construction of digital education public service system,work progress and results,challenges and reflections,future planning and prospects.Based on the regional reality,guided by the principles of“application as the priority,service first,demonstration and guidance,and safe operation”,it strengthens top-level design and planning,clarifies work objectives and positioning,innovates work mechanisms and methods,and explores innovative practical paths for promoting the overall construction of digital education public service system from a municipal perspective.Empowered by information technology,we aim to enhance the education and teaching environment,optimize the supply of educational resources,accelerate the transformation of teaching models,build a green,open,interconnected,and shared education ecosystem,and accelerate the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.
