摘 要:新一轮产业革命中,计算机技术为经济发展和社会变革注入新活力。在教育领域,我国高校正在积极推进数字化转型,通过引入先进的技术手段,不断提升教育管理的效率和质量。基于区块链、人工智能等技术的各类应用在高校教育中得到广泛实践,其中之一便是学分银行建设。在对数字化转型概念界定的基础上,收集我国关于教学数字化过程中在研的或已完成的相关工作,利用区块链技术去中心化的数据存储,实现多源数据的安全汇聚;结合高校课程交换机制,对基于区块链技术的学分银行进行典型案例分析和相关研究总结,系统性地概述学分银行建设的相关工作和意义。在此基础上,对融合课程互选机制的学分银行系统建设进行总结,从技术创新和理论创新介绍创新经验,并从学术价值和应用价值介绍其对社会产生的效益,以期为构建区域内的可信赖、安全的终身学习账户平台提供启示,同时为教育数字化转型和高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。In the new round of industrial revolution,computer technology inject new vitality into economic development and social change.In the field of education,the digital transformation of higher education in China has developed steadily,and education management systems and platforms have emerged one after another.Many applications based on blockchain,artificial intelligence and other technologies have been widely employed,one of which is the construction of credit banks.The credit bank is a new educational management mode that takes the principle of traditional banking system as reference and uses credit as a resource for conversion and storage.Based on the definition of digital transformation,this paper collects the relevant work in the process of teaching digitalization or completed in China,and uses the blockchain technology to decentralize data storage and achieve the safe aggregation of multi-source data.In combination with the curriculum exchange mechanism of domestic colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the typical cases and related studies of credit banks based on blockchain technology.By systematically summarizing the relevant work and significance of the construction of credit bank,the credit bank proposed in this paper,which integrates the mechanism of college curriculum mutual selection and blockchain technology,aims to provide reference for promoting the standardization of college teaching process management and supporting the continuous digital transformation and high-quality development of education.
