摘 要:抗蛇行减振器的动态特性是影响车辆蛇行运动临界速度的关键因素。从试验出发分析了不同参数下抗蛇行减振器的动态特性,并基于某型地铁车辆转向架平台,研究了不同轮轨匹配关系下抗蛇行减振器动态特性对车辆蛇行稳定性的影响。结果表明,抗蛇行减振器的动态特性与加载频率和位移幅值相关。在滚振动试验台和试验采用的某型地铁车辆转向架平台下,动阻尼率对车辆的临界速度影响更明显,动阻尼率越大,对临界速度越有利。在抗蛇行减振器选型时,更应该关注其在实际工作状态下的动态刚度和动阻尼率。T The dynamic performance of anti-yaw damper is a key factor affecting the critical speed of vehicle hunting movements.In this paper,the dynamic performance of anti-yaw dampers under differ⁃ent parameters are analyzed experimentally.Based on a bogie of a metro vehicle with design speed of 120 km/h and the rolling vibration test rig,the influence of dynamic performance of anti-yaw dampers on vehicle stability under different wheel-rail relationship is studied.The results show that the dynamic performance of anti-yaw damper is related to the excitation amplitude and frequency.Under the experi⁃mental conditions,the dynamic damping rate has a more significant impact on the critical speed of the vehicle,and the larger the dynamic damping rate,the more favorable it is for the critical speed.In the selection of anti-yaw damper,more attention should be paid to its dynamic stiffness and dynamic damp⁃ing rate in the actual working state.
