摘 要:为解决地震造成的高速铁路无砟轨道形位偏移过大的问题,在既有WJ-8型扣件基础上,以提高扣件调整量和结构稳定性、方便调整为原则,研发了能够实现超大调整量的承轨台可调式WJ-8型扣件,给出了单股钢轨左右位置、钢轨高低位置不同调整量下的扣件配置,并进行了扣件组装性能试验。结果表明:采用承轨台可调式WJ-8型扣件系统,单股钢轨左右位置最大调整量可达±150mm,钢轨高低位置调整量为-24-+100 mm;扣件组装性能和三联套管抗拔能力均满足线路运营要求。承轨台可调式WJ-8型扣件系统已在兰新(兰州—乌鲁木齐)客运专线试用,效果良好。In order to solve the problem of excessive deviation in the shape and position of ballastless tracks on high speed railways caused by earthquakes,based on the existing WJ-8 type fasteners,and with the principle of improving the adjustment amount and structural stability of the fasteners,and facilitating adjustment,an adjustable WJ-8 type fastener for the support rail bed was developed,which can achieve super large adjustment amount.The fastener configuration under different adjustment amounts of the left and right positions and the high and low positions of the single steel rail were provided,and the fastener assembly performance test was conducted.The results show that with the use of an adjustable WJ-8 fastening system on the support rail bed,the maximum adjustment of the left and right positions of a single strand of steel rail can be±150 mm,and the adjustment of the high and low positions of the steel rail can be-24-+100 mm.The assembly performance of fasteners and the pull-out resistance of the triple casing meet the requirements of line operation.The adjustable WJ-8 type fastening system for the support rail bed has been tested on the Lanzhou-Urumqi passenger dedicated line and has achieved good results.
