课程思政融入“管理学原理”课程的路径研究

摘  要:课程思政是社会大变革、文化大繁荣时代背景下为了实现协同育人而提出的一种教育理念。课程思政与专业课的融合是帮助大学生牢牢把握社会主义核心价值观的重要方法,同时也是改善“管理学原理”课堂氛围、提高课堂质量的必要手段,更是为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的有效途径。本文从课程思政的发展背景入手,通过梳理课程思政与“管理学原理”课程融入的现状及现存问题,探索出课程思政与“管理学原理”课程融合的可实现路径。Ideological and political education in curriculum is an educational concept put forward in the era of social change and cultural prosperity in order to achieve collaborative education.The integration of curriculum ideology and politics with professional courses is an important method to help college students firmly grasp the core socialist values,and it is also a necessary means to improve the classroom atmosphere and improve the classroom quality of Principles of Management Science,furthermore,it is an effective way to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper,starting from the development background of curriculum ideology and politics,explores the feasible path for the integration of curriculum ideology and politics with the course Principles of Management Science by sorting out the current situation and existing problems of the integration of curriculum ideology and politics with the course Principles of Management Science.
