摘　　要：以《职业院校教材管理办法》为背景,从文件颁布背景介绍、目前教材管理系统现状分析、该办法背景下教材管理系统的开发实践三方面对高职院校教材开发建设系统进行系统分析研究。旨在促进高职院校构建适应此办法下的新型教材管理与建设系统,创新教材建设机制,形成“三教改革”下教材建设及运行管理新模式。To be in line with The Teaching Material Development Plan for Higher Vocational Education Institutions,the paper studies on the development and construction system of teaching materials in higher vocational education institutions by analyzing the document,the status quo and development of the teaching materials.It aims to promote the construction of a new system of managing teaching materials for higher vocational education institutions to meet the requirement of teaching material development the“Three Reforms in Teaching”,namely,the reform of teacher workforce capacity,teaching materials and teaching methods.
