摘　　要：大学生创新创业大赛是深化创新创业教育改革的重要载体与有力推手,实现了创新人才培养模式、资源融合与创造价值的有机结合。大学生在参赛过程中充分呈现出以赛促学的良好氛围,不断丰富与完善综合素质、不断追求更高专业理论与技能水平。教师在指导过程中呈现出以赛促教的良好风尚,结合学科前沿与行业商业痛点,培养学生分析问题与解决问题能力,提升学生创新创业意识。创新创业大赛在职业院校大学生综合能力培养中,很好地实现了以赛促创的新局面,学生通过参与大赛激励创新创业精神、培养创新创业意识、提升创新创业素质、提高创新创业技能,有力推动人才培养模式改革与创新。The college students innovation and entrepreneurship competition is an important carrier and a powerful promoter to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which helps realize the organic combination of innovative talent training,resource integration and value creation.Through participating in the competition,college students have presented a good atmosphere to promote learning by competition,striving to improve their comprehensive quality by learning professional theories and skills.Through the guidance of the students,teachers have promoted teaching by competition,combiningthe frontier of the discipline with the pain points of the industry,cultivating students ability to analyze and solve problems,and enhancing students awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.The innovation and entrepreneurship competition has well realized the new situation of promoting college students creativity by competition in training their comprehensive ability.By participating in the competition,students can inspire the spirit,develop the consciousness,improve the quality,enhance the skills of innovation and entrepreneurship,which can effectively promote the reform and innovation of talent training mode.
