摘  要:高职院校护理学专业实行“导师制”育人模式,是在新形势下提升人才培养质量和深化“三全育人”工作的有效探索实践。依据职业教育培养目标,护理行业最新发展动态,对高职护理学专业实行“导师制”人才培养模式进行探索,在思想道德、在校生活、专业学习等几个方面进行指导,充分体现以学生发展为本的教育理念。高职院校护理学专业实行“导师制”育人模式,还能够将现代教育的观念和创新思维应用到教育中,同时又与临床护理实践活动紧密联系,培养出具备现代护理理念和自我发展潜力的高端技能型护理人才。The"tutorial system"education mode for nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges is an effective exploration and practice to improve the quality of talent training and deepen the"three-wide education"under the new situation.In light of the training objectives of vocational education and the latest development trends of the nursing industry,this paper explores the training mode of"tutorial system",and provides guidance in ideology and morality,school life,and professional learning,fully reflecting the education concept of student development.The"tutorial system"education mode can also apply the concept of modern education and innovative thinking to education,and at the same time,it is closely linked with clinical practice activities to cultivate high-quality and skilled nursing talents with modern nursing concepts and self-development potential.
