摘 要:在新工科背景下,食品质量与安全专业卓越工程师培养实践是保证实现卓越工程师培养目标的重要条件,主要根据卓越工程师实践教学内容,以培养学生综合素质和实践能力为宗旨,因地制宜地积极建设和发展实践基地,强化学生所学专业理论知识和操作技能,进一步培养学生综合运用知识解决问题的能力,达到食品质量与安全专业卓越工程师培养的目的。本文介绍了蚌埠医学院食品质量与安全专业在卓越工程师培养实践中的探索成果,以期为相关院校提供一定的参考价值。Under the background of new engineering,training practice of excellent engineer in food quality and safety specialty is an important factor to ensure the realization of the training goal of excellent engineer.According to practical teaching content of excellent engineers,the practice base should be actively constructed and developed to achieve the goal of cultivating students’comprehensive quality and practical ability.To strengthen students’professional theoretical knowledge and operational skills,further training will cultivate students’ability comprehensively using knowledge to solve problems,which achieve the goal of cultivating excellent engineers for food quality and safety.This article introduces the exploration results of the food quality and safety specialty of Bengbu Medical College in the practice of cultivating outstanding engineers,with a view to providing some reference value for relevant colleges and universities.
