新时代高校思政课教师亲和力提升的路径探析

摘　　要：上好思想政治理论课,关键在教师。高校思政课教师的综合素养直接影响着立德树人根本任务能否落实好。不断提升新时代思政课教师的亲和力,对于增强思政课的吸引力和亲和力,提升思政课铸魂育人实效起着至关重要的作用。因此,高校应当顺势而为,以提高思政课教学效果为导向,加强思政课教师队伍建设,引导思政课教师锤炼过硬本领,探索提升思政课教师亲和力的可行性路径,以内外合力不断开创高校思想政治教育工作的新局面。The key to running ideological and political theory courses well lies in teachers.The comprehensive quality of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities directly affects whether the basic task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people can be implemented well.Continuously improving the affinity of ideological and political teachers in the new era plays a vital role in enhancing the attraction and affinity of ideological and political courses and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political courses in educating people.Therefore,colleges and universities should follow the trend,guide the improvement of the teaching effect of ideological and political courses,strengthen the construction of ideological and political course teachers,guide ideological and political course teachers to hone their skills,explore feasible ways to improve the affinity of ideological and political course teachers,and use internal and external efforts to Continuously create new prospects for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
