乳及乳制品三聚氰胺检测中液相色谱-串联质谱法的运用

摘  要:在本次测试中测取了2种乳与乳制品,首先完成乳及乳制品取样,其次以乙腈-水溶液作为提取溶剂,萃取乳及乳制品中的蛋白质以及脂肪,最后使用液相色谱-串联质谱法进行三聚氰胺定性与定量。在1.2 min内获取样品检出限为0.005 mg/kg、定量限为0.001 7 mg/kg,表现良好的线性关系(r=0.999)。由测试可知,液相色谱-串联质谱法运用具备快速检测、灵敏度高以及检测准确度高等优点,在乳及乳制品中三聚氰胺检测中可快速完成检定。In this test,two kinds of milk and dairy products were measured.Firstly,milk and dairy products were sampled;secondly,acetonitrile-aqueous solution was used as extraction solvent to extract protein and fat in milk and dairy products;finally,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used for qualitative and quantitative determination of melamine.The limit of detection was 0.005 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0.0017 mg/kg in 1.2 min,showing a good linear relationship(r=0.999).It can be seen from the test that liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has the advantages of rapid detection,high sensitivity and high detection accuracy,and can be quickly verified in the detection of melamine in milk and dairy products.
