摘  要:专业学位研究生培养的核心是提高学生的实践创新能力。基于研究生培养的关键环节,通过调查14所涉农院校2742位专业学位研究生,采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型进行路径分析,探究启发式开放教学、导师实践育人和乡村振兴志愿服务对实践能力提升的影响机制。结果显示,启发式开放教学、导师实践育人和乡村振兴志愿服务不仅能直接影响研究生的实践创新能力,还通过培育学生的“三农”情怀对其实践能力有间接影响。为提升专业学位研究生的培养质量,建议培养单位应重视研究生“三农”情怀的培育,通过创新教学模式、促进产教融合发展和多元化开展实践实训等方式加强实践育人。The core of cultivating agricultural professional degree graduates lies in improving students practical innovation ability.Based on the key training objectives for graduate students,this study adopts the partial least squares structural equation model to investigate the impact mechanism of heuristic open teaching,mentor practical education,and rural revitalization volunteer service on enhancing the practical innovation ability of students through a survey of 2742 master students from 14 agriculture-related universities.The results show that heuristic open teaching,mentor practical education,and rural revitalization volunteer service can not only directly affect students practical innovation ability but also indirectly influence their practical innovation ability by cultivating students“three rural”feelings.Therefore,in order to improve the training quality of students practical innovation ability and strengthen practical education,this study proposes innovative teaching models,promoting integration and education,and carrying out diversified practical training with a focus on cultivating students“three rural”feelings.
