摘 要:文章基于高炉渣热载体热解玉米秸秆进行实验研究,考察高炉渣与玉米秸秆掺混比、高炉渣温度和高炉渣粒径对玉米秸秆热解产物的影响。掺混比增大、高炉渣温度升高有利于热解反应的进行,热解气产率增大,热解气中CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)和H_(2)的气体产量均有增加;高炉渣粒径增大,热解气产率先增大后减小,高炉渣粒径为2~3 mm时,热解气产率最大。The article conducts experimental research on the pyrolysis of corn straw using BF slag as a heat carrier,the effects of the mixing ratio of biomass and blast furnace slag,blast furnace slag temperature and blast furnace slag particle size on the pyrolysis products of corn straw were investigated.The results show that increasing the mixing ratio and the temperature of blast furnace slag are beneficial for the pyrolysis reaction,resulting in an increase in the yield of pyrolysis gas and an increase in the production of CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),and H_(2)in the pyrolysis gas;As the particle size of blast furnace slag increases,the pyrolysis gas production first increases and then decreases.When the particle size of blast furnace slag is 2~3 mm,the pyrolysis gas production rate is the highest.
