摘  要:生鲜农产品具有易损性、季节性、周期性和地区性,供应难度大,物流损耗严重,导致我国生鲜电商农产品品质差、成本高、效率低,影响了生鲜电商的可持续发展。针对我国生鲜电商发展现状和供应链的结构特点,本文对生鲜农产品在采购、仓储、物流配送、销售与售后服务等环节存在的问题进行了分析,提出了生鲜电商供应链管理的优化策略,对减少流通损耗、提高流通效率、促进农民增收、实现乡村振兴具有重要意义。Fresh agricultural products have vulnerability,seasonality,cyclical and regional characteristics,so the supply is difficult,the logistics loss is serious,resulting in poor product quality,high cost,low efficiency,affecting the sustainable development of fresh e-commerce.Aiming at the development status of fresh e-commerce and characteristics of supply chain structure in our country,the problemes of fresh agricultural products in procurement,warehousing,logistics distribution,sales and after-sales service were analyzed,and optimization strategy of fresh e-commerce supply chain was proposed,which was of great significance to reduce circulation loss,improve circulation efficiency,promote farmers’income and realize rural revitalization.
