摘　　要：新时代高校宣传思想工作队伍建设取得了积极成效,但是在制度、队伍建设等方面存在一些问题,究其原因在于高校宣传思想工作队伍建设的要求尚未具体化、核心能力尚不清晰、队伍建设路径尚不明确。为解决上述问题,采用质性研究方法,根据扎根理论范式,对中国知网有关高校宣传思想工作队伍的36篇核心文献进行文本分析,通过三次编码形成473个编码参考点、28个基本范畴和6个核心范畴,建构高校宣传思想工作队伍“眼力、脑力、脚力、笔力、魅力和合力”的胜任力模型,从而将胜任力与高校宣传思想工作队伍建设总体要求有机结合,为探索并制定高校宣传思想工作队伍的总体方案,建立队伍发展长效机制提供参考。The construction of publicity and ideology work force in universities in the new era has achieved positive results,but there are still some problems in terms of system construction and team building.The root cause of the problems is that the requirements for the construction of publicity and ideology work force in universities have not been specific enough,the core capabilities are not yet clear,and the path for team building is not yet explicit.This study has adopted qualitative research methods and analyzed 36 core literature articles on publicity and ideology work force in universities in CNKI through text analysis based on the grounded theory paradigm.After three rounds of coding,473 coding reference points,28 basic categories,and 6 core categories have been formed,constructing a competency model for publicity and ideology work force in universities encompassing“vision,brain,foot power,writing ability,charisma and teamwork”.In this way,the competency has been combined with the overall requirements for the construction of publicity and ideology work force in universities,providing references for exploring and formulating a comprehensive plan for publicity and ideology work force in universities and establishing a long-term mechanism for team development.
