摘 要:基于减隔震设计理念和耗能减震设计方法,研发一种适用于预制拼装铁路桥梁的新型钢阻尼减隔震支座。支座采用环型钢阻尼减隔震元件,结构简单,减隔震性能优异。性能试验表明:滞回曲线饱满、平滑连续,力学性能稳定;低周疲劳性能良好,整体耗能能力强。该支座具有充分的塑性变形能力,在多次循环荷载作用下仍然具有良好的耗能能力,可适用于地震区域的铁路简支梁桥。本研究可以为今后铁路桥梁在跨越高烈度地震区域提供设计依据,并为相关规范、产品标准提供支撑。A new seismic bearing with steel damper is developed based on the design principle of seismic isolation and the design method of energy dissipation,which is suitable for prefabricated railway bridge.The bearing is designed with ring steel damper in plain and simple structure and strong performance in seismic isolation.Model test shows that the hysteretic curve of ring steel damper is full,smooth and continuous with stable mechanical behavior.The bearing performs well in low cycle fatigue and shows strong energy dissipation behavior.With good capability in plastic deformation under multiple cyclic load,this bearing is suitable for railway simply-supported beam bridge in seismic zone.This study can provide design basis for railway bridges crossing high intensity earthquake zone in the future,and it will provide the technical support for the revisions of the design specifications and product standards.
