新时代需要什么样的学校教育哲学——兼论中小学办学思想的提炼与表达

摘　　要：新时代呼吁高质量学校教育,需要学校重新审视自己的教育哲学。新时代的学校教育哲学思考要坚持问题导向,立足于办学思想的提炼与表达进而建构学校教育哲学。从本质上看,办学思想和学校教育哲学具有内在的紧密联系,办学思想属于学校教育哲学的中国化称呼。目前中小学办学思想陷入困境,主要表现为概念界定不清、主体认识模糊、内容指向不明、提炼表达随意,这在很大程度上影响了办学思想的价值引领作用。办学思想不会自动产生,必须经历一个提炼过程,才能从常识经验上升为科学理论。办学思想提炼必须认真回答“为什么办学、办什么学校、培养什么人”的时代之问,围绕着追求好教育、建设好学校和培养好学生三个要素,通过立足学校实际、继承优良传统、紧跟时代步伐、把握未来趋势和明确责任主体五条原则加以提炼。只有办学思想提炼没有精彩的表达不行,只有学理性和概括性兼具艺术性和独特性并重的表达,才能提高办学思想的吸引力和感染力。The new era calls for high-quality school education,which requires schools to re-examine their educational philosophy.The philosophical thinking of school education in the new era should be problem-oriented,based on the refinement and expression of school-running ideas,and then the construction of philosophy of school education.In essence,the idea of running a school is closely connected with the philosophy of school education,and it belongs to the philosophy of school education with Chinese style.At present,the school-running ideology of primary and secondary schools is in trouble,mainly manifested in unclear concept definitions,fuzzy subject understanding,unclear content orientation,and random and arbitrary refinement and expression,which to a large extent affects the value leading role of school-running ideas.The school-running idea does not come into being automatically.It must undergo a refining process before it can rise from common sense experience to scientific theory.The questions of the times"why to run a school,what kind of school to run and what kind of people to cultivate"must be seriously answered for the refinement of school-running ideas.Centering on the three elements of pursuing good education,building good schools and cultivating good students,five principles such as basing on the reality of the school,inheriting fine traditions,keeping pace with the times,grasping future trends and clarifying the main body of responsibility must be refined.Only refining school-running ideas without wonderful expressions is not enough.Only expressions that are both scientific and general,and artistic and unique can improve the attraction and appeal of school-running ideas.
