摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂在耳鼻喉科线上教学中的效果。方法选取某院的2018级本科在读学生60名,以耳鼻喉科学作为线上翻转课堂的教学内容,分为课前自学、课堂实施、课后教学3个阶段实施,分别于课前自学和课后教学阶段结束时进行知识测评。耳鼻喉科课程结束后进行问卷调查,了解教学效果。采用SPSS21.0软件对研究所得数据进行统计学分析。计量资料符合正态分布,以均数±标准差(x±s)表示,组间比较采用配对t检验,差异显著性检验水准α=0.05,P<0.05表示差异具有统计学意义。结果考核成绩显示60名学生课后教学阶段测试总成绩高于课前自学阶段后的总成绩,差异具有统计学意义,其中基础知识成绩差异无统计学意义,病例分析成绩差异具有统计学意义。问卷调查结果显示给予≥4分评价的学生数在激发学习兴趣和积极性、自学能力的培养和提高、提高合作与沟通能力、提高分析及解决问题的能力、提高教学效果等方面分别为89%、89%、85%、88%、85%。结论翻转课堂在耳鼻喉科线上教学中发挥积极作用,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养自学能力,提高分析及解决问题的能力,有助于提高耳鼻喉科线上教学质量.Objectives This study aims to explore the effect of flipped classroom on the online teaching of otolaryngology.Methods 60 undergraduate students of the 2018 grade from a college were selected.The online flipped classroom took otolaryngology as the content,which was divided into three stages of pre-class learning and increased in-class and after-class learning.Knowledge assessment was carried out at the end of pre-class self-study and after-class teaching respectively.A questionnaire survey was conducted after the course to understand the teaching effect.Statistical analyses were performed with the statistical software SPSS 21.0.The measurement data conformed to the normal distribution and were expressed as mean±standard deviation(x±s).Paired t-test was used for comparison between groups.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The assessment results showed that the total test scores of 60 students in the after-class teaching stage were higher than the total scores after the pre-class self-study stage,and the difference was statistically significant.Among them,there was no statistically significant difference in basic knowledge scores,but there was a statistically significant difference in case analysis scores.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the numbers of students who give≥4 points on the evaluation of stimulating learning interest and enthusiasm,cultivating and improving self-learning ability,improving cooperation and communication ability,improving analysis and problem-solving ability,and improving teaching effect were 89%,89%,85%,88%,and 85%m respectively.ConclusionsThe flipped classroom plays an active role in the online teaching of otolaryngology,which is helpful to stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm in learning,cultivate self-learning ability,and improve analytical and problem-solving skills.This method is helpful to improve the quality of online teaching in otolaryngology.
