摘 要:新时期的新工科建设的重大战略实施,亟待由现代教学手段所赋能的教学方法改革。针对食品质量与安全专业教学中“现代仪器分析”对学生专业知识、技能、素养等培养的新特点,通过采用线上SPOC+线下翻转教学的新形式,开展问题导向、项目导向、结果导向的开放式、交互式、创新式的教学模式,形成新的“现代仪器分析”的教育创新框架,极大培养学生的创新性思维和科研能力,有效助推食品质量与安全专业人才培养质量的教学改革。The implementation of the major strategy of new engineering construction in the new era urgently needs the reform of teaching methods empowered by modern teaching means.In view of the new characteristics of“Modern Instrumental Analysis”in the teaching of food quality and safety,the new educational innovation framework of“Modern Instrumental Analysis”is formed by adopting the new form of online SPOC+offline flipped teaching,carrying out the open,interactive and innovative teaching model of problem-oriented,project-oriented and result-oriented.It has greatly cultivated students’innovative thinking and scientific research ability,and effectively promoted the teaching reform of food quality and safety professional training quality in our university.
