摘　　要：目的本文主要探讨早期肠内营养支持对脑外伤昏迷者营养指标的影响。方法选取2020年12月-2021年5月在广州医科大学附属第三医院治疗的43例脑昏迷患者为研究对象,其中,脑外伤后综合征9例,脑出血24例,脑梗死6例,缺血缺氧性脑病4例。观察营养干预前后蛋白质、脂质和血糖等的变化情况。结果通过一段时间的营养指导与干预,几个营养相关指标(ALT、TP、ALR)、尿酸(UA)和血红蛋白(Hb)都显著改善。结论肠内营养支持对脑昏迷患者的营养有明显的改善效果。Objective In recent years,incidence of brain injury has gradually increased.Due to lack of awareness,many brain coma patients can only eat liquid foods and nutritional intervention is particularly important.The article mainly explores effect of early enteral nutrition support on nutritional indicators of coma patients with brain injury.Methods The paper chose 9 cases of post-traumatic brain syndrome,24 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,6 cases of cerebral infarction and 4 cases of hypoxia in Guangzhou Medical University The Third Affiliated Hospital from December 2020 to May 2021.Changes in protein,lipids and blood sugar before and after nutritional intervention were observed.Results After a period of nutritional guidance and intervention,several nutritional related indicators of(ALT,TP,ALR),uric acid(UA)and hemoglobin(Hb)were significantly improved.Conclusion Enteral nutrition support can achieve significant improvement effect on nutrition of brain coma patients.
