摘 要:目的 分析医学实习生共情能力的有效培养方法。方法 选择2021年8月—2022年6月在重庆医科大学附属永川医院临床科室的100名实习生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50名,观察组进行为期10个月的有效的共情能力培养。对照组采取常规教学。比较分析两组培养前后共情能力、人文素质能力的评价、医学实习生对共情能力培养的满意度评价。结果 两组教学前共情能力和人文素质能力比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);教学后观察组共情能力和人文素质能力的评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组对共情能力培养的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对医院医学实习生进行有效的共情能力培养,可提高医学实习生的共情能力和人文素质能力,减少医患之间的纠纷,提升医院整体服务水平,也进一步提高医学实习生的教学水平,提高教学满意度。Objective To analyze the effective training methods of empathy ability of medical interns.Methods From August 2021 to June 2022,100 interns from the department of clinical Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 in each group.The observation group received effective empathy training for 10 months.The control group received routine teaching.The evaluation of empathy ability,humanistic quality ability and the satisfaction evaluation of medical interns before and after the training were compared and analyzed.Results The empathy ability and humanistic quality ability of the two groups before teaching had no statistical significance(P>0.05);the evaluation of empathy ability and humanistic quality ability of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction evaluation of empathy ability training in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective empathy training for medical interns in hospitals can improve the empathy and humanistic quality of medical interns,reduce disputes between doctors and patients,improve the overall service level of the hospital,further improve the teaching level of medical interns,and improve teaching satisfaction.
