摘　　要：习近平关于中华文明突出特性的概括以及关于文明交流互鉴的论述具有重要的意义,为中华优秀传统文化蕴含全人类共同价值的理论、历史与现实的讨论提供了世界观和方法论。中华优秀传统文化是中国人的精神与智慧的体现,是中华民族的精神力量。它蕴含人类共同价值的理论基础在于其价值内涵的人类共同性和价值指向的可交往性。这在历史上得到具体的确证,具有漫长的历史轨迹和广阔的空间维度。在新时代,文明互鉴更为深入广泛、多元共生、理性智慧、平等互惠,中华文化所蕴含的全人类共同价值也愈加显著,更广泛地得到不同文化背景的人们的认同。Xi Jinping’s generalization of the prominent characteristics of Chinese civilization and his discussion on cultural exchange and mutual learning is of great significance.His discourse provides a worldview and methodology for the discussion of the theory,history and status quo of common values of all mankind within the outstanding Chinese traditional culture.Excellent traditional Chinese culture is the embodiment of the spirit and wisdom of Chinese people and the spiritual energy of the Chinese nation.The theoretical foundation for the common values of mankind lies in the human commonality of its value connotations and its potential for interaction.This has been historically proven through a long historical trajectory and vast spatial dimensions.In the new era,cultural exchange and mutual learning are becoming more profound,extensive,diverse,and characterized by rational wisdom and equal reciprocity.The common values shared by all humanity,contained within Chinese culture,have become increasingly prominent and are more widely experienced and recognized by people from various cultural backgrounds.
