摘  要:目的 了解2022年山东省济宁市食品中蜡样芽孢杆菌的污染情况、药敏情况及其分子特征。方法 按照《2022年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》方法,采集2022年济宁市辖区90份食品样品,开展蜡样芽孢杆菌分离鉴定;对分离菌株进行毒力基因检测、药敏检测和全基因组测序分析。结果 济宁市食品中蜡样芽孢杆菌的检出率为24.44%(22/90)。22株蜡样芽孢杆菌均携带毒力基因,nhe、hbl和ces的阳性率分别为100.00%(22/22)、50.00(11/22)和9.09%(2/22)。分离菌株对苯唑西林和青霉素的耐药率为100%(22/22),对头孢西丁和达托霉素的耐药率分别为95.45%(21/22)和86.36%(19/22);未发现对克林霉素、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、万古霉素、替考拉宁、利福平、利奈唑胺和呋喃妥因耐药。获得蜡样芽孢杆菌全基因组序列16条,共分成了9个ST型。结论 2022年山东省济宁市食品中存在蜡样芽孢杆菌污染,检出的蜡样芽孢杆菌均含有毒力基因,并存在一定的耐药性。Objective To understand the contamination,drug sensitivity and its molecular characterization of Bacillus cereus in food products in Jining city,Shandong province in 2022.Methods A total of 90 food samples were collected for detecting Bacillus cereus according to the procedures and methods in the National Risk Monitoring Manual of Food Contamination and Harmful Factors.The virulence genes,drug sensitivity and the whole genome sequence of strains of Bacillus cereus were analyzed.Results The detection rate of Bacillus cereus in food was 24.44%(22/90).All 22 strains of Bacillus cereus carried virulence genes with positivity rates of 100.00%(22/22),50.00(11/22) and 9.09%(2/22) for nhe,hbl and ces,respectively.The resistance of strains to oxacillin and penicillin was 100%(22/22).The resistance to cefoxitin and daptomycin were 95.45%(21/22) and 86.36%(19/22),respectively.While no resistance to clindamycin,levofloxacin,gentamicin,vancomycin,teicoplanin,rifampicin,linezolid,and furantoin was found.A total of 16 whole genome sequences of Bacillus cereus were obtained,which were divided into 9 ST-types.Conclusion There was contamination of Bacillus cereus in food in Jining city in 2022.All of the strains contained virulence genes and had certain drug resistance.
