摘　　要：目的了解山东省初中生吸烟状况,分析其影响因素,为制定有效的中学人群控烟策略提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2019年在山东省抽取10个监测点30所初中的4192名学生,使用中国疾控预防控制中心控烟办公室统一设计的《中国青少年烟草流行监测》调查问卷,对4192名初中生进行吸烟现状的问卷调查。结果山东省初中生尝试吸烟率为5.21%,现在吸烟率为1.11%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,初中生尝试吸烟的影响因素是男生(OR=2.40,95%CI:1.68~3.41)、家中有吸烟行为(OR=2.98,95%CI:2.05~4.31)、学校中有人吸烟(OR=1.65,95%CI:1.13~2.39)、老师中有人吸烟(OR=1.90,95%CI:1.28~2.82)、好朋友中有人吸烟(OR=5.95,95%CI:4.23~8.37);初中生现在吸烟的影响因素是男生(OR=4.99,95%CI:1.74~14.35)、家中有吸烟行为(OR=6.25,95%CI:2.44~16.04)、好朋友中有人吸烟(OR=39.24,95%CI:9.06~170.03)。结论山东省中学生的尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率处于较低水平,周围有人吸烟是初中生吸烟行为的重要影响因素。Objective To understand the smoking status of junior high school students in Shandong province and analyze its influencing factors,so as to inform the development of effective tobacco control strategies for the population.Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method,4192 students from 30 junior high schools in 10 monitoring sites were selected in Shandong province in 2019,and a questionnaire survey on the current smoking status of 4192 junior high school students was conducted using the questionnaire of Tobacco Epidemic Surveillance among Chinese Adolescents,which was uniformly designed by the Office of Tobacco Control of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Results The smoking attempting rate was 5.21%,and the current smoking rate was 1.11%among junior high school students in Shandong province.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the smoking attempting among the junior high school students was influenced by male(OR=2.40,95%CI:1.68-3.41),somebody smoking at home(OR=2.98,95%CI:2.05-4.31),somebody smoking at school(OR=1.65,95%CI:1.13-2.39),some teachers smoking(OR=1.90,95%CI:1.28-2.82),and some friends smoking(OR=5.95,95%CI:4.23-8.37).The current smoking among was influenced by male(OR=4.99,95%CI:1.74-14.35),somebody smoking at home(OR=6.25,95%CI:2.44-16.04),and some friends smoking(OR=39.24,95%CI:9.06-170.03).Conclusion The attempted smoking rate and current smoking rate of junior middle school students in Shandong province are at a relatively low level,being surrounded by people who smoke is a significant influencing factor in junior high school students'smoking behavior.
