摘 要:目的 探讨PDCA循环带教模式在中医耳鼻喉科教学管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年10月在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科进行临床实习的128名护生为研究对象,分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=66),对照组采取传统的带教模式,观察组采用PDCA循环带教模式,将PDCA循环带教管理模式引入到中医临床教学管理中。实训教学结束后对两组护生的理论成绩和中医操作考核成绩以及满意度进行比较。结果 观察组护生的理论成绩和中医技能操作评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组护生对PDCA模式在教学管理培训中的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在中医耳鼻喉科教学管理中引入PDCA循环带教模式,能提高理论成绩和中医技能操作能力,提升实训教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle teaching mode in teaching management of Chinese medicine otolaryngology.Methods A total of 128 nursing students who underwent clinical internships at the Department of Otolaryngology of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into an observation group(n=62)and a control group(n=66).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the PDCA cycle teaching mode.The PDCA circular teaching management mode was introduced into the management of Chinese medicine clinical teaching.After the practical training teaching,the theoretical scores,Chinese medicine operation assessment scores,and satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The theoretical scores and Chinese medicine operational skill scores of nursing students of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students of the observation group for the PDCA mode in teaching management training was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Introduction of the PDCA cycle teaching mode in the teaching management of Chinese medicine otolaryngology can improve the theoretical scores,Chinese medicine operational skills and the quality of practical teaching.
