摘  要:教育学公共课为师范生进入教育事业提供基础知识、方法、态度和价值观,是师范类专业人才培养体系中极为重要的课程设置。从师范类专业认证过程中看,教育学公共课教学在教学理念上存在学生中心游离、在教学过程中存在产出导向偏离、在评价反馈上存在改进机制不足等现实困境。从OBE教育理念出发,解决上述问题亟须从理念上聚焦以生为本、施教中统筹资源优势、评价上构建测评体系,通过集“理念—施教—评价”三位一体的路向改革探索,以期推动专业认证理念内化于教师本体,外显于教师教学行为范式,从而提质师范生人才培养质量。The public course of pedagogy provides basic knowledge,methods,attitudes and values for students of normal university to work for the education cause.It is an extremely important curriculum in the training system of normal professional talents.From the perspective of the accreditation process of normal majors,there are some practical difficulties in the teaching concept of pedagogy public courses,such as student-centered dissociation,output-oriented deviation in the teaching process,and insufficient improvement mechanism in evaluation feedback.Starting from the OBE education concept,to solve the above problems,it is urgent to focus on the student-oriented concept,coordinate the resource advantages in teaching,and construct the evaluation system in evaluation.Through the optimization of the trinity of concept-teachingevaluation,it is expected to promote the concept of professional accreditation to be internalized in the teacher’s body and externalized in the teacher’s teaching behavior paradigm,so as to improve the quality of talent training for students of normal university.
