摘 要:自然风与列车风的耦合气动作用是铁路风屏障产生弯曲、扭转等变形的主要原因。建立了列车-风屏障耦合的三维气动仿真模型,对风屏障在突变风与列车风耦合作用下压力分布规律进行了分析。建立了风屏障固体结构分析模型,对风屏障进行了模态分析,采用流固耦合的方法分析了风屏障在不同工况下的应力及变形量,据此对风屏障进行了强度校核。结果表明:风屏障自振频率最小为6.11 Hz,风屏障自振频率与列车风的振动频率相差较多,不会产生共振现象。在突变风与列车风耦合下,突变风的作用效果对风屏障的位移以及应力变化起决定性作用。在1.59 s时,风屏障在突变风与列车风耦合作用下产生最大位移,其中最大负位移达到1.42 mm,最大正位移达到0.605 mm。H形钢立柱产生最大的Mises应力,达到83.79 MPa,比列车风单独作用时增加了152.8%。可见突变风与列车风耦合会加剧风屏障的动力响应。The coupled aerodynamic effect of natural wind and train wind is the main reason for the deformation of the bending and torsion of railway wind barriers.A three dimensional aerodynamic simulation model of the train and wind barrier was established.The pressure distribution law of the wind barrier under the coupling action of abrupt wind and train wind was analyzed.The solid model of the wind barrier structure was established,and the modal analysis of the wind barrier was carried out.The stress and displacement of the wind barrier under different working conditions were analyzed by the fluid-solid coupling method,and the wind barrier strength was checked accordingly.The results show that the minimum natural frequency of the wind barrier is 6.11 Hz.The natural frequency of the wind barrier is quite different from the vibration frequency of the train wind.Therefore,the wind barrier don’t produce resonance.Under the coupling effect of abrupt wind and train wind,the abrupt wind effect plays a decisive role in the displacement and stress change of the wind barrier.At 1.59 s,the wind barrier produces the maximum displacement under the coupling action of abrupt wind and train wind.The maximum negative displacement reaches 1.42 mm and the maximum positive displacement reaches 0.605 mm.The H-shaped steel column produces the largest Mises stress,reaching 83.79 MPa,which is 152.8%higher than that of the train wind alone.Therefore,the coupling effect of the abrupt wind and the train wind exacerbates the dynamic response of the wind barrier.
